Update on Ray Brown's GT6 Racer by Editor 04 Nov 2009

The body has been completely re straightened and I have also used the original steel bonnet as I was using a fiberglass unit when I crashed the car, the chassis has been re-jigged to within 2mm of original measurements. I also took the option to enhance the front flares over the wheels to get a better shape as well as the rears; this will give me a further 5mm (1/4ā€) clearance off the tyres. I’m still going for the 8ā€ rims on the rear and 6ā€ on the front with the Yokohama tyres. All suspension has been re-built F&R.

New engine on the way using a 2Lt with Ford pistons so it will be over square and 2200cc (2.2 Lt) a little head work with a sports cam expect to around 140HP or in that range.
